Maison SIK A Coco is an intercultural, creative, healthy and gourmet third place for the aesthetic and nutritive valorisation of the culinary intangible cultural heritage of the \u00abGreat Caribbean\u00bb sphere. It is a manifesto of the culinary arts, of the Caribbean gastronomy in its richness and all its extent. The dessert bar offers artisanal production and sale of desserts, traditional \u00abrustic\u00bb pastries revisited, and other delicacies. A truly rich, alternative and complete archipelling plateau, because it is crucial that the diasporic communities established on Martinique territory as well as their original culture can be discovered and valued but above all simply visible and accessible.
