The 25th edition is here!
Created in 2002 at the initiative of the Ministry of Urban Affairs and Housing and the Caisse des Dépôts, the competition is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Now managed by Bpifrance as part of the “Entrepreneuriat Quartiers 2030” program, funded by the government and the Caisse des Dépôts through the Banque des Territoires, “Talents des Cités” has established itself as a leading initiative for promoting entrepreneurial ventures originating in urban neighborhoods.

Regional :
- €1,000 for the Jeune Pousse category
- €2,000 for the Création category
One winner per category is selected in each region
National :
- The Bpifrance Prize: €7,000
- The Ministry’s Prize : 7000€
- The Banque des Territoires Prize : €7,000
- The France Travail Prize : €7,000
- The 21st Century Club Prize : €3,000
- The People Choice Prize: €3,000
- The Radio France Award: Media Exposure
- The France Télévisions Award: Media Exposure
In addition, national winners receive public speaking coaching provided by the Club XXIème siècle
As well as access to the Coq Créa community, a symbol of the female and male creators supported by the Cap Créa collective
Eligibility requirements:
- For the “Jeune Pousse” category: Have founded your company between June 30, 2025, and June 30, 2026, inclusive
- For the “Creation” category: Have established your business no later than June 30, 2025
- Be a resident of a PNUP and/or have established a business in a PNUP
- Having received assistance from an organization that supports business start-ups and takeovers
